His experience includes serving 10years for oil and gas sector in Singapore, 4years renewable energy projects in Sri Lanka and 12years for oil and gas projects in Middle East Region.

He is a result-oriented project professional and has diversified experience in project management which includes preparation of bid proposals, contract management, project schedule control, project cost control, procurement, and sub-contracts. He has a proven track record delivering muti-million-dollar turnkey projects to complex plant shut down maintenance projects timely and on budget.

He has excellent knowledge of numerous forms of international contracts including FIDIC and his high-level communication skills help to maintain healthy relationships with customers.

Mr. Bharat Jalla is a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India.

He has over 40 years of varied international experience in Petroleum Refining, Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industries. His experience ranges from Operations to Technical Services to Project/Engineering Management and Business Development. He also has End-to-End Project Management experience with a proven record in successfully managing, completing and delivering O&G projects on time and within budget.

His analytical thinking skills have contributed to substantial cost savings in the projects that he has headed. He has been instrumental in negotiating the Change Orders with clients leading to several COs being accepted by the client. His ability to combine theoretical knowledge with practical operations experience has led to major improvement in cash realisation of projects that he has handled.

Mr. Sandip Kumar Shah is a Diploma mechanical engineering holder from Birla Institute of Technology, Kolkata, India. Professional program in training in financial & commercial skill management- Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.

He is an engineering professional with 35+ years of experience, including 19 years international experience working in Grass root Integrated Refineries and Petrochemical complex / Live plant / Running Refineries in areas of project execution and construction management. I am seeking a challenging assignment at senior construction management level in a reputed firm preferably in Refinery/ Hydrocarbon/ Oil & Gas Industry/ Process Plant.

He has outstanding knowledge of Project execution, project budgeting, strong management skills, scheduling, work close with contractor, site supervisor & Health and safety managements.

Chandra Sekhar is a seasoned Executive Leader in Project Management and Commercial Strategy with extensive experience delivering large-scale EPC, oil & gas, marine, and infrastructure developments across complex operating environments. With a strong foundation in engineering, contractual governance, and strategic execution, he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of technically demanding and commercially sensitive projects.

In her career, she has successfully led multidisciplinary engineering teams and managed complex projects spanning Conceptual Design, Feasibility Studies, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Engineering, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), procurement support, construction support, and resource planning. She is recognized for her ability to deliver high-quality designs within scheduled timelines, ensuring safety, constructability, operability, and long-term maintenance.

Her professional journey includes associations with renowned organizations in the Gulf region, and has contributed to projects across the Middle East, Africa, Iran, and India. Mr. Rajesh is an accomplished professional with a Master’s in Project Management from Jaipur National University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. With over 22 years of experience, Rajesh specializes in maintenance activities within the petrochemical industry, as well as ship repair and shipbuilding. He also brings extensive expertise in managing industrial shutdowns, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.

Mr. Jayakanth Amarnathan is a Mechanical Engineer graduated from Madurai Kamaraj University (MKU) under Kalasalingam Academy of Research & Education, Virudhunagar district, Tamilnadu, India.

He has over 24 years of experience in Oil, Gas, Petro-chemical, Refinery, Power, Infrastructure, Manufacturing (Aluminium Smelters), etc sectors. Mr. Mohammad Ansar is a Civil Engineering graduate, Bachelor of Technology from the Government college of Engineering, Kannur, Kerala, India in the year 1995.

He has over 25 years multi-disciplinary experience in the middle east, oil & gas storage plants & Buildings Construction industry in large scale projects with various degrees of complexity. He also has End-to-End Contract Management experience with a proven record in successfully managing, complete and deliver critical construction projects on time and on budget.

He has successfully handled complex projects such as Storage Terminals, Offshore facilities, Port constructions, and Refinery Shutdowns by managing safety challenges in diverse and high-risk environments.

Mr. Rajakumar Viswalingam is a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India (Year 1998). Expertise in establishing quality policy, maintaining Quality Control Manual, and developing and maintaining systems for reporting test results. Proven ability to manage and train quality inspection personnel and work well with all parties involved.
